1. What should I do if I can't remember my password?

On the FMO website is the �Forget your password?� link which will provide you with a new password.  Upon clicking the link you will be asked to enter your FMO User ID.  The System will then ask you to enter the security question that you had entered when you first signed up for FMO. Upon hitting �Submit� FMO will e-mail you a new randomly generated password.  Once you successfully login to FMO using this new password navigate to the �User Preferences� menu in order to update your password to something you will remember.

2. How come I cannot see anything after I log into FMO (IE 8 & 9 compatibility issue)?

If you are running Internet Explorer 8 or 9 as your web browser you may not see menu options correctly within FMO.  To correct this issue our site needs to be added to the Compatibility View list which is located under the �Tools� menu of Internet Explorer.

3. Why am I having trouble printing reports?

Reports are best printed from the PDF format.  To deliver a report to PDF click on the �select a format� box at the top center of the page.  Upon selecting PDF from the drop-down list hit the �Export� button.  You should now be able to print a clearly formatted report from FMO.

4. How long does it take to get invoices or dockets online?

Approximately four (4) days after the close of an invoice period, invoices are available online.  All invoices have links to delivery dockets which can be accessed by clicking on the blue underlined docket number.
